We've been looking to implement a blogging solution for some time, to help keep people updated with what's happening with our company.

However, the way the site software is set up at present doesn't easily allow for a blog to be set up, so we're going to try blog.co.uk as our blogging solution.

The first point to make is that PMC Telecom is undergoing a big overhaul to help ensure that we really do provide the best customer experience that we can.

This overhaul is likely to take a few months to complete, so I'll use this new blog to keep everyone updated.

This won't affect our sales process at all - we're still one of the UK's leading providers of cordless phones and digital telephone solutions.

We'll also continue to offer one of the best levels of friendly and considered customer care in the business. And long may we continue to do so. :)
