One of the more exciting developments in cordless phone technology was launched last week.

The Siemens Gigaset series are a truly superb example of how the VoIP revolution is working in the office.

There are a number of different key products aimed at different levels of the USB/bluetooth digital phone marketplace in the Siemens Gigaset range - the SL565, C460, and RTX series.

What especially makes these useful for office use are the multiple handset packages - so instead of simply using digital phones for the office running from a secured landline, you can now use VoIP instead.

Of course, you can run them from a landline as well, but the fact that they can be used in conjunction with VoIP technology makes them especially flexible.

They are also fully compatible with Skype, so there shouldn't be any problems there.

This really helps plug the modern office into the 2st century!

We've been looking to implement a blogging solution for some time, to help keep people updated with what's happening with our company.

However, the way the site software is set up at present doesn't easily allow for a blog to be set up, so we're going to try blog.co.uk as our blogging solution.

The first point to make is that PMC Telecom is undergoing a big overhaul to help ensure that we really do provide the best customer experience that we can.

This overhaul is likely to take a few months to complete, so I'll use this new blog to keep everyone updated.

This won't affect our sales process at all - we're still one of the UK's leading providers of cordless phones and digital telephone solutions.

We'll also continue to offer one of the best levels of friendly and considered customer care in the business. And long may we continue to do so.
